Why is there a minimum Google Ads budget?
We set a minimum because very small budgets can mean too few visits to judge results. Depending on your service and area, we may recommend a higher budget. Your ad budget is kept apart from the Valeno fee, and 100% of it goes to Google.

Results depend on your service, area, competition and budget. Valeno shows how much you've spent and how many enquiries you've received, so you can judge the results. We don't guarantee a set number of enquiries, and an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Do I need to understand Google Ads?
No. You confirm your service, area and budget. Valeno prepares your Google Search ads and enquiry page, then manages your campaign. You review the content before launch. There's no need to choose search terms or write ads yourself.
What happens to my existing website?
Your existing website stays as it is. We use its content to build and host a separate page focused on the service you advertise. Yes. Your preview is free, and you only pay when you choose to launch. You can review your page and ads first. Nothing goes live without your approval.
How does cancelling work?
You can cancel in your settings at any time. Your subscription ends after the period you've already paid for and will not renew. Your enquiry page and ads stay active until then.
How will I receive customer enquiries?
Every enquiry arrives by email, with the customer's answers and contact details and buttons to reply by WhatsApp or email in one tap. You can also see all your enquiries in Valeno.
When do my ads start?
After you approve and pay, we publish your page and submit your ads for Google's review. Your ads start once setup and approval are complete. Review times can vary.
