About the application

Valeno is a web application for local service businesses.

Valeno is operated by Gradient Insight Ltd. You create an account, describe your business once, and Valeno builds and hosts your lead page, drafts your Google Search ads and collects every inquiry in one place. This is what the application does, step by step.

Signing in
With a link sent to your email address, or with your Google account. From Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and nothing else. Valeno never reads your mail, contacts or files, and never posts on your behalf.
Onboarding
You enter your business details, services, service area and monthly ad budget. Valeno turns that into a brand brief and a first draft of your page.
Your lead page
Valeno generates, hosts and updates a page for your business, with a guided inquiry form, legal pages and cookie consent. It goes live only after you approve it.
Google Ads
Valeno drafts Search ad text and campaign settings for your region and puts them in front of you for approval. Campaigns run in a Google Ads account that belongs to your business, and the portal reports spend, leads and cost per lead.
Lead inbox
Every inquiry arrives summarized, with a status from New to Won, a reminder if it sits unanswered, and a weekly report by email.
